    Not up to par with other luxury properties. maid service lacking - had to call twice to have the room made up on a saturday - once at 4pm, once at 6pm. ...

    Not up to par with other luxury properties. Maid service lacking - had to call twice to have the room made up on a saturday - once at 4pm, once at 6pm. Unacceptable at over $* per night room charge!
